Who the controller is

Target Solutions is the controller of the data processed on this website. For any privacy matter, write to comercial@targetso.com.

Data you send us

When you fill in the contact form, we collect your name, job title, business email, company and phone number, along with the page you came from and the campaign parameters (UTM) of your visit.

We use this data to answer your request, schedule demos and keep in touch about Argus. It is sent to our internal customer service system and is never sold to third parties.

Cookies and analytics

We use PostHog to measure how the website is used: page views, clicks, traffic source and, for some visits, a session recording (typed fields are masked). PostHog data is stored on servers in the United States.

We also use Google Analytics, by Google, to measure where visits come from (campaigns, search engines and referring sites) and which pages and buttons lead to demo requests. It uses the _ga cookies and does not receive your name, email or company. If you later create an account on the Argus platform, we record in it that the account was created, also without personal data, to know which channel brought the sign up. Google Analytics data may be processed on servers in the United States.

For regular visitors, these cookies are only enabled after you click Accept on the cookie notice. Google Analytics is only enabled with that acceptance, including for visitors who arrive through an invite. You can decline and still access all content.

We keep a record of each choice made on the cookie notice, with date, page and a code derived from your IP address (the IP itself is not stored), to prove consent when needed.

Demo invitations

The Argus team may send you a personal invitation link to the interactive demos. Visitors who arrive through an invitation have their browsing recorded and linked to the invitation, including pages visited, demos run and the session recording, so the sales team can follow your interest and prepare the next conversation.

This recording happens even if you do not fill in any form, and it is disclosed in the cookie notice. If you do not want this follow up, simply do not use the invitation link or ask for deletion at the email below.

Who we share data with

We only share data with providers that run the website on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and security), PostHog and Google (analytics) and the internal automation system that receives contacts. We may disclose data when required by law or by order of a competent authority.

How long we keep data

Analytics data is kept for up to 12 months in PostHog and up to 14 months in Google Analytics. Sales contacts are kept while there is a business relationship or until you ask for deletion. Consent records are kept for as long as needed to prove your choice.

Your rights

Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability and deletion of your data, and you may withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, write to comercial@targetso.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date of the current version is always shown at the top of this page.
